This thread adapter quickly and easily replaces the factory barrel nut with no modifications to the pistol and allows the user to mount any 1/2x28 TPI threaded accessories such as a suppressor, an AR15 muzzle devices. No special wrench is required. Any 11mm open end wrench found in a standard tool set will work to install and remove this adapter. 1. Remove factory muzzle protector and replace with thread adapter. When not attaching a muzzle device to the thread adapter, screw on the thread protector to keep from damaging the threads of the adapter.

This adapter looks really nice. Lots of positive comments at the practice range and questions about where I purchased it. I’m in the process of acquiring my suppressor for some quiet plinking on my property. Meanwhile I’ll enjoy the tactical looks of this addition to my Compact.
