This thread adapter quickly and easily replaces the factory barrel nut with no modifications to the pistol and allows the user to mount any 1/2x28 TPI threaded accessories such as a suppressor, an AR15 muzzle devices. No special wrench is required. Any 10mm open end wrench found in a standard tool set will work to install and remove this adapter. Constructed of black oxide steel with included fluted thread protector.

1. Remove factory muzzle protector and replace with thread adapter. When not attaching a muzzle device to the thread adapter, screw on the thread protector to keep from damaging the threads of the adapter.

This thread adapter is 10x better than the other brands. Will accept a standard wrench instead of just the one that comes with the Hammerli.

The pistol has a barrel cover that comes loose when you remove the original barrel nut.  Endure the sleeve is in the detent position as you tighten the threaded adapter to ensure everything aligns back up properly.  Outside of that this product is high quality and fits well. Would recommend this item.
