This spring is NOT a factory replacement spring. IF you want a direct factory replacement spring for the 10 and 15 round magazines, contact FN America directly. With that said, we have tested this spring in both the 10 and 15 round magazines that come with the FN 502 Tactical 22LR. The factory springs in the 10 and 15 round 502 magazines are different in length from each other, the 15 being longer. The spring offered here as a replacement is shorter than both but will function. So if you are in need of a replacement magazine spring and can't find one, this one will work.

Installation Instructions RESTRICTIONS
 

1) Remove factory basepad and retainer plate.

2) Remove magazine spring

3) Insert new magazine spring into magazine body.

4) Compress spring with retainer plate into magazine body and slide on the basepad.

When I launched the mag spring into orbit (seriously, it never came down), I thought I was in trouble. Fortunately, I was able to find these, and get my mag back into working condition for a reasonable price! No issues so far, after a couple range trips.
