I looked everywhere for a loader for the P17 and was happy to discover the loader from Taylor Tactical.  I was able to load 5 magazines with ease.  The capacity is 16 but I have read that beyond 12 it is increasingly more difficult so that is where I stopped.  That was my experience as well.

Very simple, cheap, and works well.  loading by hand is easy until getting closer to full, this makes it easy until the 16th round is loaded,
