Installation Instructions RESTRICTIONS
 

1) Depress the spring plug that protrudes from the bottom of the basepad and slide off the basepad.

2) Remove the factory spring plug and replace with the new aluminum retainer.

3) Compress spring & plug into magazine body and slide on the basepad.

I purchased this stronger recoil spring from recommendations I've read on the wed regarding the FN502 not cycling fully after a reasonable break-in period. Hopefully, I won't have to use it but rather have it if needed.
