RESTRICTIONS

Remove factory adjustment screw and retain the flat and spring washer. Note orientation of flat and spring washer on the factory screw and install them onto the Taylor finger adjustment knob. Re-assemble the Dillon powder bar in the reverse order with the Taylor finger adjustment knob.
