Keltec P17 22LR Magazine Loader April 21, 2023 Reviewer: Michael from Medford, OR United States   I looked everywhere for a loader for the P17 and was happy to discover the loader from Taylor Tactical.  I was able to load 5 magazines with ease.  The capacity is 16 but I have read that beyond 12 it is increasingly more difficult so that is where I stopped.  That was my experience as well.
