5 of 5 Good alternative to regular power springs July 13, 2023

Work great, though some examples of mp22 even need these to be trimmed, but not by much. Will continue to buy these alongside regular springs.

5 of 5 M&P 22 (w/ Silencer) mods to cycle CCI Quiet 22 October 21, 2021
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Orange, VA United States
Installed the spring. First round- casing ejected and chamber closed but did not chamber next round. This is an improvement from previously not completely ejecting spent casing.
Second round- same result as first.
Third round- after ejecting mag and racking spring. Two rounds fired In rapid succession. Then failed to chamber third round. This is a success but will likely need some tweaking and is a positive result. After only 4 rounds!

1 of 5 SPRING DOES NOT WORK January 21, 2021
Reviewer: James Yon from Palm Coast, FL United States
BOUGHT SPRING TO TRY AND USE SOME SUBSONIC WINCHESTER AMMO. THE PISTOL WOULD NOT CYCLE THRU AFTER ROUND WAS FIRED HAD TO MANUALLY EJECT THE SHELL. ALSO SINCE THE SPRING HAS BEEN INSTALL FOR SEVERAL DAYS IT WILL NOT FEED THE ROUND INTO THE CHAMBER I HAVE TO PUSH THE SLIDE FORWARD TO LOAD THE ROUND. SO I HAVE REMOVED THE SPRING AND PLACED THE ORIGINAL SPRING BACK.

Taylor-Tactical Response: Does the pistol cycle the subsonic ammo with the factory strength spring?  Does the subsonic ammo cycle other 22 pistols you may have?

3 of 5 Very long spring May 21, 2020
Reviewer: Tracy Couch from Hanceville, AL United States
The spring is almost twice as long as the factory spring and very very difficult to install. Actually seems to be stronger than the factory spring once I finally got it in after a very long string of 4 letter words. It may just need a break in period or that's what I'm hoping. I've only shot one 15 rd mag to test it so far and had 3 failures to feed because the slide didn't pick up a new round. So yes it's definitely a stronger spring right out of the box instead of reduced power. I had no issues with the factory spring except when I mounted a Vortex venom red dot and it wouldn't cycle is why I wanted a reduced power spring.
