Replace your worn out spring and improve performance. These hammer (main springs) are replacement springs for the GSG and Sig Sauer 1911-22 pistols. The factory part number for this spring is 402.20.17.1 (part #65 in the exploded diagram). These springs are not for the centerfire 1911 pistols but is specifically made for the 22LR. It is shorter than the typical 45ACP type 1911. Direct replacement factory weight main spring is 20 pounds. Just like our centerfire hammer and recoil springs for the 1911 and Glock pistols, each spring weight has a designated color to help easily identify the spring value. Please note we also have a reduced power hammer spring in an 18 and 16 pound for you to experiment with your trigger pull weight.
