5 of 5 Innovative product, solid service September 30, 2020

Kits are reasonably priced and don't alter the dimensions of the stock magazines. Kits arrived timely, w/ clear instructions, easy to install, and work perfectly. I appreciate that TT explains so carefully the kit's 2 drawbacks: w/out the stock thumb pin, the new follower can no longer be depressed with your finger to facilitate loading, and won't hold the slide open on an empty mag. Both suck, but are mechanically unavoidable. TT offers 2 versions of this kit for the same $: 1 w/ a follower that allows the mag to drop freely when released, and a different follower that physically blocks the slide, thus restoring the open-chamber-after-last-round functionality, but you must hold the slide back w/ your other hand to drop the mag. I chose the former, preferring to clear the empty mag quickly & cleanly. Upon loading a fresh mag, you must rack the slide, as opposed to just thumbing the slide release. But the total # of steps to switch mags hasn't increased.

4 of 5 Good product June 10, 2020

Shipping and packaging was good on the 2 spring kits. I've installed them but haven't tried shooting with them yet. Only downside is it's very hard to load the 13th round. I'm assuming it will get better with time though.
Would still reccomend this kit.
