Tricky to install longer factory spring April 21, 2021 Reviewer: michael mitchell from starkville, MS United States   My worn out spring was 3 inches shorter than when new. This makes it a challenge to install. I found that you’ll need 2 small flat head screwdrivers. You’ll use screwdriver one to pull the spring coils down on the rod, in a motion like you were using flat tip to scrape the rod. Then use other screwdriver to pull more spring on. Alternate until entire spring is cat walked on the rod and then install slide. Wear eye pro! Was this review helpful to you?

Must have March 18, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Traverse City, MI United States   Works perfectly and solved the binding issue with my slide. Pro-Tip:  BEFORE install, slide spring over a #2 pencil and fully compress by hand numerous times to "resize" spring and make proper installation easier. Otherwise you chance buggering up the spring trying to set it over the guide rod. excellent product! Shipped quickly. Was this review helpful to you?

Great upgraded spring December 31, 2020 Reviewer: Paul j Conforti from www.ainsmallinstruction.com   M&p 22 was having some problem cycling.  It was a little finicky with some of the 22s.  I decided to buy a new recall spring and found this one online.  took a little bit of work to get the recoil spring inside the frame and it's longer than the standard spring. once I got the gun off closed up though you could feel the difference in the slide closing.  I ran an entire magazine of the ammunition didn't want to run and it ran perfectly.  I'm glad I bought two springs.  If anybody else has any p-22 should buy one of these springs and replace the stock spring Was this review helpful to you?
