I wonder how it is possible for your business to retain its customer base with the poor performance regarding this order I have experienced. I canceled the order one hour after it was placed, and the response I got in a follow up email was "the item has been shipped. Once you receive the item, you may send it back. The state of New Jersey states you cannot possess anything larger than 10 rounds. Multiple emails and phone calls regarding how to return the item and send it back have gone unanswered. I could possibly be arrested for possession of this item. Then to ignore my multiple requests to return my phone calls for assistance shows the callous disregard this business has for their customers. The fact no one had any knowledge of the illegality of this item also shows incompetence due to lack of knowledge of state second amendment rules. I am therefore going to share this experience. This is the last time I will ever order from your company.

Order Placed on Dec 5th (Friday) at 8:32pm and paid for Priority shipping. We do not work over the weekend typically. The order shipped Monday Dec 8th. Your email asking to cancel the order was Dec 9th.
