PPQ .22 captive rod & spring March 15, 2024 Reviewer: Aaron Gorski from Alna, ME United States   Looked great but Failed after the 1st shot with CCI mini mags. The spring mangled itself and jammed up the slide so FTF on every other round after manual clearing and recharging. I Sent pictures via email to service two days ago and still no reply. Magazine 15 end kits work great one I put the OEM spring and rod back in. Was this review helpful to you?

Must Buy April 17, 2023 Reviewer: Kevin Knowles from Tucson, AZ United States   The Captured Guide Rod Assembly from Taylor Tactical is a must buy for your Walther .22 pistol. Tremendous upgrade from the OEM guide rod. The fit is very tight initially but a small dab of gun grease will rectify that. The quality is outstanding and makes disassembly/assembly a breeze. Such a great upgrade along with the Taylor recoil spring. Highly recommend! Was this review helpful to you?

Captive recoil rod for Walther PPQ22 September 7, 2022 Reviewer: David Paul from Bogart, GA United States   Items came fully assembled which surprised me but it was a welcome surprise.  Machining was excellent and it fit was snug and  perfect.  After a little fine tuning of the retaining screw the gun cycled perfectly with standard and subsonic ammunition.  Used blue Locktite as per the directions and have had no issues.  Makes reassembly a breeze.  Highly recommend this upgrade.
