This basepad increases magazine capacity in the Smith & Wesson M&P-22 Compact pistol to 16 rounds. This basepad is for the M&P COMPACT and NOT the Full Size M&P22 Pistol.This modification is not permanent and easily installs in minutes. The basepad is constructed of black anodized aluminum and comes with a hex wrench.

Please note that you must have the NicTaylor00 14+1 High Capacity magazine kit for this basepad to fit. It will NOT fit a magazine in the original factory configuration. You can get the compete 16+1 magazine kit HERE. This kit is NOT for the Full Sized M&P22. If you have the Full Size M&P-22 pistol you can get the 18+1 basepad kit HERE

Installation Instructions RESTRICTIONS
 
The following instructions assume you currently have the 14+1 mag kit for M&P22 COMPACT. This basepad only works with these kits and not a magazine in it's original configuration.

1) Depress spring retainer in the bottom of the basepad and slide off factory basepad. You will not use the spring retainer or the factory basepad.

2) Compress spring into magazine body and slide on Basepad. Assure that the spring is in the pocket of the basepad and finger tighten set screw with the included wrench. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!
